My stay was amazing. the coffee in the lobby was a great perk before a lovely breakfast, and I was impressed by how warm my room was thanks to Kay adjusting the thermostat. I enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and taking a stroll in the garden area. Although the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, I had such a good time that I'll definitely be back! ☕

Check-in was chaotic, as we were placed in a room meant for four despite having five guests, leading to an awkward night. The room fell short on essentials, with only three towels when we needed more and a staff member who could not assist us. Breakfast options were limited, and we spent too much time waiting for refills on basic items. A frustrating experience overall, lacking proper service and attention to detail.
